At PurePackPure, our dedicated New Product Development (NPD) team continuously explores the latest trends and shifts in American taste preferences to create dynamic, evolving menus. Supported by our in-house chefs and development experts, we gather inspiration from a range of sources, including industry magazines, field research, emerging restaurants, up-and-coming chefs, food safaris, food blogs, and social media to stay on the cutting edge of food trends and product innovation.

Concepts
The New Product Development Kitchen is the heart of PurePackPure’s creative process. Here, our two experienced NPD chefs blend their expertise and imagination with the insights from the NPD team to refine and perfect each client’s vision or their own creations. We encourage clients to join us in the NPD Kitchen to bring their ideas to life if they wish. Otherwise, the kitchen is always filled with the rich aromas of fine meats, savouries, soups, and sauces.

Recipes and Testing
Our chefs operate a scaled-down version of our production kitchens, equipped with mincers, bowl choppers, sauce kettles, mixers, and vacuum formers, allowing us to scale any dish from a custom menu to a broader international range. In the Pilot Room, we assess and resolve any scaling challenges to ensure smooth production, so that every new creation transitions seamlessly to large-scale manufacturing.

Production and Distribution
Once a product has been fine-tuned and approved in our Presentation Suite, it’s ready for full-scale production. We make any final adjustments needed to achieve perfection, and once the client is fully satisfied, the product is prepared for distribution across any required market sector.
